How do I talk to a doctor to get Antibiotics?

2. The medical consultation.

If you choose to have a phone consultation, we will call you.

If you choose to have a video consultation, a link will be sent to your email, click on it at the time of your consultation and you will be in face to face contact with the doctor.

(Some mobile phones and tablets require the teleport App to be downloaded first). If you do not manage to enter the video consultation we will call you to have a consultation via phone.

3. EU medical prescriptions. These will be sent to your smart phone and email, which can be pick up at any pharmacy in Portugal.
