A simple pay-and-claim process

For a straightforward one-off consultation, most travel insurers do not arrange the appointment directly with us. You normally pay Costa Medical Services first, then make a claim.

Keep your documents
We can provide a receipt and, when issued, you can retain a copy or photograph of the prescription.

Send them to your insurer
Submit the documents after your consultation or when you return home. Reimbursement depends on your policy.

When clinically appropriate, prescriptions are issued for use at Spanish pharmacies. Stock varies, so check directly with the pharmacy.

Moving between islands

Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera are separate islands. If examination or testing is needed, the doctor will explain the appropriate local next step.
