When it started, how it has changed, associated symptoms, medical history, current medicines, allergies and any treatment already tried.
Online or in person?
An online consultation may help with initial assessment and appropriate treatment. Examination, testing or urgent face-to-face care may still be required.
When to seek urgent care
Urgency depends on the complete situation, not just the name of one symptom. If the problem is severe, sudden or rapidly worsening, use emergency services.
