The simple answer: Wegovy pharmacy prices are fixed throughout Spain. Costa Medical Services strives to keep its medical service transparent and affordable.
The medicine
Current Wegovy pharmacy prices
These are the published Spanish retail prices, including VAT, identified for the standard FlexTouch presentations. One pen supplies four weekly doses—approximately four weeks of treatment when used exactly as prescribed.
Important pricing detail. The PVP is published nationally and Wegovy is not currently financed for weight management by Spain’s public health system. The medicine is purchased from a pharmacy, not from Costa Medical Services. The dispensing pharmacy should confirm its final price and stock before you travel. AEMPS product information now also mentions a 7.2 mg regimen, but we did not find a reliable public Spanish pharmacy price for that presentation today, so it is not included in this table.

Clinical support from €19.50 per month once stable
The pharmacy price is outside our control. The medical service is where we have deliberately kept the fee straightforward. Your initial appointment is €39. A consultation is also normally required when your dose needs changing or your doctor needs to reassess safety, response or side effects.
Once you and the doctor agree that you are stable on a dose, the clinician may—when medically appropriate—issue enough prescription coverage for two months. That means one €39 review can represent an effective clinical-support cost of €19.50 per month. It does not mean Wegovy costs €19.50, and a two-month prescription is never automatic: it depends on the clinical decision.

What a genuine Wegovy price should include
A real medical assessment
Wegovy is prescription-only. A legitimate service cannot promise the prescription before a doctor has assessed whether it is appropriate for you.
No generic “white-label” Wegovy
The Spanish presentations identified today are Novo Nordisk’s Wegovy. We did not identify an AEMPS-authorised generic equivalent sold as generic Wegovy. Do not assume another semaglutide product is interchangeable.

Common Wegovy cost questions
Does every pharmacy charge exactly the same?
Spain has a published national PVP, so the medicine’s base retail price is not set by Costa Medical Services and should be broadly consistent. However, the dispensing pharmacy must confirm the final price and whether the prescribed pen is in stock.
Will I always need the highest-priced 2.4 mg pen?
No. Wegovy is normally increased gradually, but dose decisions depend on tolerability and clinical response. Do not change strength to save money or because another person uses a different dose.
Is the prescription guaranteed after booking?
No. The €39 pays for a medical consultation. A prescription is issued only when the doctor considers Wegovy clinically appropriate and has enough information to prescribe safely.
Can I buy Wegovy online without a prescription?
No legitimate Spanish pharmacy should supply prescription-only Wegovy without a valid prescription. Be cautious of websites offering to send it directly without a medical assessment.
